Baked Lemon Thyme Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breast ( skinless)
- 1 Lemons
- 6 stems Fresh thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, squeeze 1/2 lemon juice all over the chicken. Then slice the other half into thin slices and place on top of the chicken, top with fresh thyme. In a medium baking pan, place 3 stems of thyme, then place chicken breast on top then add the other thyme stems on top of chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 30 to 45 or until fully cooked. Serve with brown rice and green beans enjoy. Nutrition Facts per serving: 106 cal, 23 protein, 0 carbs, 1.5 fat
