Baked Lemon Thyme Chicken

Delicious chicken that all the family will love. It is so easy to make and can be made in the oven or crockpot.

Chicken is always on my weekly menus.  We eat chicken probably 4 to 5 times out of the week, so making my chicken in different ways is a must.  This baked lemon thyme chicken is so quick and easy to make.  You can prep the night before and bake right before dinner.

Baked Lemon Thyme Chicken

This recipe is so easy to make and can be made for meal prepping. It can also be eaten in different ways. Packing for lunch or for dinner with the family.

  • Baking dish


  • 4 Chicken breast ( skinless)
  • 1 Lemons
  • 6 stems Fresh thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, squeeze 1/2 lemon juice all over the chicken. Then slice the other half into thin slices and place on top of the chicken, top with fresh thyme. In a medium baking pan, place 3 stems of thyme, then place chicken breast on top then add the other thyme stems on top of chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 30 to 45 or until fully cooked. Serve with brown rice and green beans enjoy.
