Delicious on-the-go high protein snack
It can sometimes be difficult to get in all your protein during the day. I am always looking for quick and easy high-protein snacks. These chicken balls are perfect for any day and at any time. They are also easy to carry with you on a trip or just running errands.
This recipe is so versatile; you can make it with ground turkey, pork, or beef. I love making a big batch of chicken balls and freeze them to use in other recipes.
Here is how you can use them in different meal options:
• Add them in spaghetti with noodle or zoo noodles, so delish
• Cut them up and make a rice bowl
• Have them with a side of mashed potatoes
• Chicken ball sandwiches
• Or simply have them as a midday snack
Meatballs are such a perfect option for meal prep they are quick and easy to make. These meatballs can be made on the stovetop or in the oven. When baking them, you can pop them in the oven, set the timer, and forget about them, while you keep meal prepping other meals.
My kids love when I make meatballs. They enjoy them when I simmer them in a tomato sauce and make them sandwiches with lots of cheese. As a busy mom, I am always looking for meals that my kids can come home from school and feed themselves if needed.
