This delicious chicken pattie is perfect for any night of week. It will satisfy your whole family and still suit your healthy lifestyle.

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken Breast or dark meat
  • 3 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper
  • Spinach
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg


  • In a bowl add the ground chicken meat with all the seasonings and breadcrumbs. Finely chop pepper and spinach and add to your chicken mixture. Mix well and make them into small patties. In another bowl beat you egg and lay breadcrumbs in another plate. Add one patty in the egg then cover with breadcrumbs. Heat a skillet and spray with cooking spray and cook your patties all the way through. You can add mayonnaise, thousand island dressing, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and pickles.
