I love having a delicious sandwich for breakfast. This is my go-to meal when I’m on the go or just want a comfort meal for breakfast.
What I love about breakfast sandwiches is that you can make them ahead of time, freeze them, and ready for the whole family.
Breakfast sandwiches are easy to customize to your preference, also make them with fewer fat grams if you live a lower fat lifestyle. You can make it with turkey bacon, or just egg whites. Another great way is adding sausage instead of bacon.
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and having breakfast for dinner is even better. Don’t know what is it about it, but I love it!
English muffin breakfast sandwich
- 1 English muffin
- 1 slice Thin slice cheddar cheese
- 1 Whole eggs
- 1 Egg white
- 1 strip Bacon
- Heat a medium skillet, in the meantime, in a small bowl beat eggs, add salt and pepper to taste. Once eggs are cooked add bacon and cook until fully cooked. Add muffin to a toaster.
