Grilled Chicken Greek Salad

With spring right around the corner this fresh salad is so delightful. The crispiness and creamy cheese is makes dinner so delicious any night

With spring right around the corner, a Grilled Chicken Greek salad sounds delicious. I love making my greek salads at home because I can add extra of whatever I want.I enjoy having fresh and roughly chopped salads that are easy to make and can be prepped ahead of time. You can chop all your vegetables at the beginning of the week, and they hold well in the fridge.

When making the dressing for your greek salad , I always make extra to have it handy throughout the week. I love adding chicken for that extra protein, but you can easily have it without.
