When it comes to getting your vegetable in during the day, it can be difficult. But I find that the fast and easiest way to do so is by throwing a bunch of green veggies in a blender. I love trying different combinations of green veggies to change up the flavor. I’ve heard many people say lazy they get to make them because of all the veggies you have to cut up or prep.
Adding some greek yogurt makes your smoothies with extra protein. I am always finding ways to add extra protein to my meals.
But something I do is either buy them frozen and already prepped and ready to go or buy them and prep them myself. What I like to do is wash and cut the veggies, and fruits, and add the ingredients into separate zip lock bags, and freeze them, so that everything is ready to go. This is perfect if you like your smoothies on the go or when you are running out the door.
When it comes to smoothies, you can never go wrong with the combinations you combine. If you are someone that loves a good smoothie, I always say make them at home. When you buy them, they are usually packed high in sugar.
