Grilled lemon pepper & thyme salmon

Grilled lemon pepper thyme salmon

I absolutely love salmon and I could have it a few nights in a row.  This recipe is so simple and quick to make its makes a perfect and delicious meal on a busy night.

When cooking my salmon I love it with a char and crispy, but you could also pop it in the oven and bake it for an even simpler recipe.  Put on a baking dish at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and you’re done.

Here are a few ways I enjoy my salmon:

  • Salmon goes perfectly with steamed rice and a side of veggies
  • Baked sweet potatoes with cheese, sauteed spinach
