Fall has arrived, and who is ready for their pumpkin spice lattes. I know I am!
Because I love a warm pumpkin spice latte, but I don’t want the extra calories. As much as I love my lattes from Starbucks, they get expensive and are so high on calories.
What I love about the pumpkin puree sauce is that you can refrigerate for up to 7 days. You can have it ready for any night of the week.
If you like your pumpkin spice lattes iced, refrigerate your pumpkin sauce for about an hour or until cold. In a cup, add ice pumpkin sauce with cold froth milk. Enjoy.

Guiltless pumpkin spice latte
