These overnight oats are also such a macro-friendly recipe; you can adjust them to fit your macros.

You can make a few mason jars and they will hold well in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.

This recipe holds very well in the fridge for a few days. You can make a few ahead of time and take them on the go.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 grams raw oats
  • 3 oz almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 30 raspberries
  • 20 grams banana

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon into a mason jar and mix all together. Place in fridge overnight. The next day, add protein powder, almond butter, and mix again. Then add your berries and banana and enjoy! Nutrition facts: 417 cal 13g fat 42.6g carbs 34 g protein
