How to Find Your Healthy Balance

Finding your healthy balance will set you free from feeling like you are missing out from whatever everyone is doing.

I am sure you’ve heard build a healthy balance and many may still ask what does that mean or how do I achieve a healthy balance.  If you are wondering what is a healthy balance mean living with a positive mindset, focusing on good habits, and doing what feels good to you.

Finding a healthy balance in life can be challenging, but it is crucial for overall well being. It took me so long to achieve the healthy balance I have today. For so long I went from doing what everyone else was doing and thinking it would work for me too!

I learn the hard way and took me years – but I am happy where I am today and the journey I took to get here.

Here are some tips that may help you:

Prioritize:

Determine what is most important to you and prioritize your time and energy accordingly. This may include your health, family, career, or personal hobbies. You are not selfish for making yourself a priority that is just called self love.

Set boundaries:

Establish healthy boundaries to avoid burnout and maintain balance in your life. This could mean setting limits on work hours, saying “no” to certain commitments, or taking breaks when needed. Having boundaries is also part of self love.  You will

Practice self-care:

Make time for self-care activities that rejuvenate and energize you, such as exercise, meditation, or spending time in nature.

What recharges me is always taking a trip in nature.  I feel energized, more confident, and inspired.  Find what makes you feel recharged!

Stay organized:

Use calendars, journals, to-do lists, and other organizational tools to manage your time effectively and reduce stress. When you feel in control of your life, you will feel 100%  much better.

Connect with others:

Cultivate healthy relationships with friends, family, and coworkers. Social support can help you maintain balance and cope with stress, and inspire you.

Remember that finding a healthy balance is a continuous process and may require adjusting your priorities and habits over time. Be patient with yourself and make small changes that you can sustain over the long term.

Overall, finding a happy and healthy balance lifestyle should be about what feels good to you. You don’t have to do what anyone else does to feel like you are doing the right thing.

You are the only person in control of what you do and feel good about it!
