You can also make this sandwich with regular bacon and add some avocado.
Macro friendly BLT
BLT sandwiches are perfect for any night of the week. They are fast and easy to make. Have something satisfying for those long days at work this meal, is perfect!
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 slices of turkey bacon
- iceberg lettuce
- slices of tomato
- 1 tbsp I can’t believe it’s not butter
- 1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise
Heat a medium skillet and add your turkey bacon cook until crispy. (You can also throw in your air fryer). In the meantime, add half the butter on one slice of the bread and the other half to the other slice. Place your bread with the butter side down in the skillet and let it toast. Build your sandwich mayo, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
