My KT Tape review

Highly recommend KT Tape. It saved my knees and would recommend for anyone struggling with pain to give it try

 I love love love my KT Tape!  

After suffering a double knee injury 2 years ago, I thought I would never be able to do my normal activities again.  In addition, to having arthritis on both knees, I also suffered from patellar tracking disorder, which means when your kneecap shifts out of place.
It was a very long difficult recovery. I did a lot of physical therapy, but I was still struggling with my kneecaps not staying in place. One of my physical therapists put me on this tape and recommended that I purchase some to keep using it.  For my knees to stay in place, I had them taped up for a few weeks. I have to say it was the best thing ever.  After a week of wearing the tape, I was able to walk better.  I felt immediate relief, and it was the best feeling in the world because it had been months of pain and struggling.  After months of therapy, I finally felt that there was hope for me in a full recovery, and it was the best feeling ever.
I still wear my KT Tape all the time.  My knees are still weak, so I have to be careful when I worked out.   I wear my KT Tape for my cardio and when I do leg day at the gym.
Don’t lose hope after an injury!  It may take time but just be patient!

What is KT Tape?

KT tape is an elastic tape that provides pain relief and support while you recover from your injuries. It is made of 100% cotton fibers with specialized elastic cores.  Because of the material that it’s made of, it gives you the amazing support you need without restricting you from any movements.   KT Tape is adhesive, latex-free, and hypoallergenic.

How many times can you wear it?

KT Tape is designed to last through humidity, sweat, showers, and can be worn for multiple days.   From my experience, I can wear a stripe of tape for up to 5 days.  After my shower, I use a blow dryer to dry the KT tape to maintain my support.

How to apply it?

KT Tape is applied along muscles, ligaments, and tendons to provide you the support you need so that you can remain active while you recover from your injuries.    It can be worn on your:

Would I buy KT tape again?

YES, I would buy KT Tape again and again!  I make sure I have it on hand at all times.  But also, I never want to suffer from dislocated knees again, so I make sure I protect them by using  KT Tape.
I would highly recommend KT Tape to anyone that has pain or just needs that extra support during their workouts.  It saved my knees, and I am so grateful for this product.  I have been able to resume my normal activities.  If you are in pain or need extra support, I would suggest you give KT Tape a try.  You will not regret it!
