When you are in a caloric deficit, you would say I can’t have pizza – but every recipe can be recreated and this delicious pita pepperoni pizza is to die for.


I love pizza and there are times I crave pizza during my week instead of ordering a pizza and eating a slice or two.  I will make my pita pepperoni pizza just for me.


The best thing about this pita pizza is that you don’t have to spend so much time making dough,  it is so simple and quick.

When trying to cut calories you don't have to give up what you love. All you have to do is recreate your recipes. This pita pepperoni pizza is so delicious and can be recreated in every way possible.

  • 1 Pita pocket
  • 1/4 cup Pizza sauce
  • 28 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 Turkey pepperoni slices


  • Directions:
    Preheat oven at 350 degrees. In a baking sheet place you pita bread, add your sauce, cheese, and pepperoni slices. Bake for 18 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
