Ingredients
- 8 oz Chuck pot roast boneless
- 100 grams Baby carrots
- 2 cups Cut green beans
- 100 grams Mini potatoes
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Beef bullion
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- Directions: Preheat your oven at 350 degrees. In a deep baking pan place the roast, add the onion. In a small bowl add your water and beef bullion and mix well. Pour the mixture in the pan. Cook for 2 hours and then add your green, beans, potatoes, and carrots. Cook for another 2 hours or until beef and vegetables are fully tender.
