This delicious simmering pot-roast, with tender potatoes and carrots is good any day of the week or weekend. Perfect to make in your slow cooker, oven, or instant pot.

 

I absolutely love a good plate of tender meat with tons of veggies. It is such a comfort meal that you can enjoy any day of the week.

When you want a delicious and easy dinner, pot roast is the way to go. If you use a slow cooker, you can set your pot in the morning throw all your ingredients, and set it for 8 hours. By the time you get home from your busy day, dinner is ready.

You can never disappoint with pot roast. Your whole family will love it!

Pot roast is one of those delicious comfort meals. Making this meal you always make as much or little as you want, and what I love is that you can prep it ahead of time and cook whenever you are ready.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Chuck pot roast boneless
  • 100 grams Baby carrots
  • 2 cups Cut green beans
  • 100 grams Mini potatoes
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Beef bullion
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Directions: Preheat your oven at 350 degrees. In a deep baking pan place the roast, add the onion. In a small bowl add your water and beef bullion and mix well. Pour the mixture in the pan. Cook for 2 hours and then add your green, beans, potatoes, and carrots. Cook for another 2 hours or until beef and vegetables are fully tender.
