Shrimp broccoli stir fry
This recipe is perfect when you are short on time. You can buy the broccoli washed and cut and shrimps peeled and devein. It will save you even more time. This recipe can be made for a big gathering or one single serving. Hold well in the fridge for 3 days.
- 1.25 lbs Shrimp, clean and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups broccoli
- 2 oz white onion , sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
Directions: In a large skillet add the tbsp of oil, let it heat up and add the pressed garlic or finely chopped and sliced onions. Stir and let it cook for about a minute. Then add your peeled shrimps season with salt and peeper. Cook until lightly pink, throw in the broccoli. Let it cook to your liking.
