Shrimp Broccoli Stir Fry

When you need a quick and easy meal. My shrimp and broccoli is a must try.

When you are in need of a delicious and healthy recipe, try my shrimp and broccoli stir fry. I love seafood, and shrimps is one of those meals that cooks in minutes.

I love pairing this meal with steam white rice.  Cooking my rice in a rice cooker is the best way. 

Shrimp broccoli stir fry is quick to make, and has minimal ingredients. This meal can be made, as a single serving or for a big crowd, it will never disappoint!

When it comes to stir fry’s, you can make them with pretty anything veggies you like. I have also made them with snow peas and pepper, and equally as good.

You can never go wrong when, making a meal with shrimps because there is no way to cook them wrong. There are so many recipes that you can make with shrimps.

Shrimp broccoli stir fry

This recipe is perfect when you are short on time. You can buy the broccoli washed and cut and shrimps peeled and devein. It will save you even more time. This recipe can be made for a big gathering or one single serving. Hold well in the fridge for 3 days.

 
  • 1.25 lbs Shrimp, clean and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups broccoli
  • 2 oz white onion , sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
  1. Directions: In a large skillet add the tbsp of oil, let it heat up and add the pressed garlic or finely chopped and sliced onions. Stir and let it cook for about a minute. Then add your peeled shrimps season with salt and peeper. Cook until lightly pink, throw in the broccoli. Let it cook to your liking.

    Nutrition facts: 200 cal, 32.4g protein, 6.8g carbs, 5g fat
