The reason you are binge eating, stress eating, or social eating is that your emotional patterns are getting triggered. What this means is that there is a deeper issue you need to deal with first.
You could have developed these emotional patterns when you were a child. Everyone deserves to have the life they want. You deserve to be happy and free from guilt. When you don’t address the root cause of your emotional eating patterns your weight loss journey will suffer.

- Start with documenting your emotional state during your meal times and your sporadic eating episodes.
Be as descriptive as you can.
- Where are you?
- Who is around you?
- What did you feel when you are indulging?
The goal is to identify what is triggering you to feel this way, and why you are reaching for the food. By doing, so you begin to connect the dots to a better you. The hardest part of your journey is identifying you’re emotional eating patterns. Knowing where they are coming from and that it is so liberating.
You begin to feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders because you release the pain.
