These lettuce wraps are so delicious and super easy to make.  I enjoy these for lunch or a quick snack during the day.  I love how you can use any type of protein you like, and they are great for the whole family to enjoy.

 

Turkey wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • .5 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/3 cup green onions
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 lettuce head
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Directions: In a skillet, heat at medium sautee ground turkey, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder. Cook meat until brown, then add 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce, water chestnuts, shredded carrots, green onions.
