I love my breakfast tacos. I can eat these every day. They are so quick and easy to make. I love having eggs for breakfast, and these tacos can be made in so many ways. My family and kids also enjoy them.
Here are different ways I have also made:
- Turkey bacon
- WIth just veggies
- Ham
- Tomato and onions
- Just with scrambled eggs
The options are endless. You can prep all the ingredients ahead of time, which makes it so much easier to make if you are running out the door. I cut up all my veggies on Sunday and protein options to have them ready, and I can make them during the week and take the work.
