On the program: The positive feedback, even with the little things. I have a tough time finding "wins" for myself, so being reminded that showing up to meetings, going to the gym alone, and having the right mindset are all ways I am putting myself first. It felt really nice to hear and kept me motivated.
It was my first experience with a program like this, I’m glad this was my first one. I thought it would be overwhelming or stressful to keep up but it wasn't. I liked that we could go at my own pace and it was okay to fall off but have the means to keep going. Benny was also really easy to talk to! And I would absolutely recommend working with Benny.
Benny has a passion for coaching. She wholeheartedly
believes in bringing a person out of their shell, giving them
grace, empathy, and pushing them to do the hard work. She
makes you witness to all the positive changes you make
along the way. She understands women have a lot on their
plates, but can tailor a workout to fit your needs. She helped
me recognize my food habits based on moods and
emotions. I honestly feel like a new person with a new
outlook on life, health, and fitness.

Benny impacted me greatly in fitness and wellness in such a short period of time. I appreciated how diligent and well organized she was. I had a ton of questions about working out and nutrition that she was equipped to answer for me. When it came time to get to work, she emailed me a detailed plan. It was so easy for me to choose to follow through because of all the thoughts that went behind her plan of attack. her plan consists of working out ideas and meal plans. For, I always struggled with mixing up my workout and what to cook, and this strategy helped me with any concerns I had. She checked on me weekly and answered other questions that I had in the process. I was able to lose 2.5 inches in 4 weeks. I attribute it to her ability to present a strategy to help me accomplish this goal.
I have become more self-aware of the food I eat and why I eat it. I have left behind all self-judgment and released guilt around food. I now look forward to cooking. And not only have these changes impacted my life, but they have also impacted my parents' lives. I now feel like I am living and no longer making excuses.
