Turkey Meatloaf

This recipe is perfect for any night of the week. It is so easy and super delicious. Holds very well for a few days in the refrigerator and perfect for meal prepping.

  • 1 lb 93% ground turkey
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of ketchup and 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce and set aside. In a large bowl, add turkey, onions, bread crumbs, remaining ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, egg, garlic powder, salt, & pepper. Mix all ingredients and incorporated them into a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes, then pour the ketchup and Worcestershire mixture over the turkey. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
