Turkey sausage breakfast tacos

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 oz turkey sausage
  • chopped onion Add to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 28 grams mexican blend cheese
  • 3 Tortillas


  • Directions: Heat a skillet on medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Cut up your sausage into small pieces. In the skillet add your sausage, onion, and peppers. Stir occasionally. In the meantime crack your eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk. Once your onions are translucent and pepper are soft . Add the eggs and mix. Cook thoroughly. On a griddle, warm up your tortillas. Once they are soft and nice and warm, add your egg mixture and top off with cheese. Enjoy!
