  • Thin slice of onion
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Pickles
  • 1 tbsp Light mayonnaise

  • Directions: Place your chicken breast on a cutting board and with your choice of meat tenderizer you can beat your chicken and even it out. Season with your choice of seasoning. In a skillet spray with cooking spray, place your chicken and grill on both sides, cook thoroughly.
